Scottish Women's Convention Event

The Scottish Women's Convention are holding an event in Dumfries on 10
July where they want to meet with women living in rural areas to discuss
issues that are important to them and have a direct effect on their
lives e.g. poverty, sexual health, education, violence against women and
children.

The event is free and will be held in Easterbrook Hall from 12 Noon -
4pm. Lunch will be provided and a contribution towards childcare and
public transport may be available.

Blue Sky Challenge

The BlueSky Challenge is an awesome adventure and a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to young people's lives in Scotland. We aim to raise at least £30,000 for the Prince's Trust. Not only will you be helping a good cause raising critical funds for Scotland's Prince's Trust but we have an amazing prize for the winning team, a weekend for 4 in Les Gets courtesy of Ski Activity Travel.

We currently have teams entered from Coca Cola, TSG, RBS, RB Farquhar, Morse, Business Insider, Strathclyde Uni, Clyde Blowers as well as many more. The BlueSky Challenge is open to all organisations in the UK, and has been specifically designed to be all encompassing, please be assurred this is a non elitist event and has an excellent track record, as a fun day, in the stunning surroundings of Drumlanrig Castle. However in order to ensure that we raise the minimium of £30,000 for the Prince's Trust we are still looking for 20 teams to take part in this exhiliarating and charitable challenge.
